2 weeks- NO Botox or upper face fillers, NO tanning

48 hours- No alcohol, or any blood thinning medications & supplements including aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, turmeric or Vitamin E.
Day of your appointment- NO caffeine (I’m so sorry!) or exercise.
